Use this profile for all ET series A4 CMYK printers. Soft substrate profile may at times get better results on soft substrates, but we suggest using Hard always.

How to apply your colour profile to your printer (PC).
Download your colour profile from the above mentioned links. Remember where you saved this for later reference.
Open “Color Management” via the search bar on windows taskbar.
Select the device applicable (ET-8550, ET-7750, ET4800, ET2810, ET1810) from the Device drop list.
Select the tick box “Use my settings for this device”
Select Profile selection dropdown to “Manual”
Click on the Add button on the bottom left of the window. (Shown below)
Select browse, find the ICC Colour Profile on your computer (See top of page above if you have not yet downloaded). Select the profile, then click on ADD.
Select the ICC Colour Profile to be associated to the printer.
Click Set to Default.
Then Click on Close.
To make sure that the printer uses the ICC attached to the printer, please adjust the colour settings in printer maintenance.
Open printers and scanners via the command search bar and select the printer that you are using.
Then select “More options”, in colour correction, click the button “Custom”, then click on Advanced.
Select ICM as the colour management and click “Ok”
