Our heat press machines are designed for printing textiles, t-shirts, mouse pads, puzzles, ceramic tiles and other flat surfaces items by using the flex, flocking, transfer printing paper, sublimation, dtf etc.
Our heat press machines are covered by a 12 month return to base warranty, we will either repair or replace your heat press if required but we have less than a 2% failure rate.
Items like heating belt elements for mug presses are not covered under warranty and are considered a consumable.

Product Sublimation Process
Adjust the height-depth of the heat press to suit the substrate to apply the correct pressure required. Set temperature and time. Allow the heat press to get to set temperature. If flat press, do a pre-press on the bottom platen and pressing pad to bring to temperature. Place substrate with protective paper or Teflon on platen and apply pressure and remove once timer has reached completion.
