Izumi inks are designed specifically for the Sawgrass printer and achieve fantastic results, all of our customers that have made the change have reported more vivid colours and deep blacks.
(Ink must be completely changed when changing over to Izumi inks. Our ink does not mix with Sawgrass ink.

Ordering Process
Add to cart, proceed to checkout, once you fill in your details the site will display shipping options. Select how you would like delivered, proceed to payment. With 258 bit encryption, your information is kept safe. Choose from one of our payment options and complete your transaction with Sublimation Supplies.
Delivery
We will fulfil your order as soon as possible. Upon completion you will receive an email with tracking information, we have completed your order at our warehouse and your package is awaiting pick up from your selected freight method shipping agent.
We dispatch 90% of items same day if ordered before 2:00PM AEST. We are not Australia Post or a courier in any way. Once we have dispatched, please understand we can only see what you can see on your tracking. Allow enough time for it to arrive and enjoy your new items.

I’ve been sublimating since 2004, starting with a converted Epson printer and Sawgrass inks. The results were fantastic however, as the printer was not a dedicated sublimation printer the nozzles were fouling often and after several replacement printers, I bit the bullet and purchased an SG400 with Sawgrass inks. No more clogged nozzles and fantastic results.
Not wanting to spend the exorbitant cost on Sawgrass inks, after extensive research and speaking with Steve from this business, I decided to try the Izumi inks along with the A-Sub paper.
When it comes to the quality of the prints, two words surmise the results. *Mind Blown*.
The resulting transfers are the best I have seen since 2004
The prints are exceptionally sharp and vivid. Using the A-Sub branded paper resulted in the least amount of ink left behind after each transfer. This paper offered the highest release of ink I have ever seen. This is by far the best paper that i’ve ever used and i’ve used a lot of different sublimation papers.
As long as Izumi manufacture inks for the SG400, this is the only brand of Ink I will ever use. Same goes for the paper.
The service that Sublimation Supplies offers to its customers is second to none.
The products were picked within hours of me placing the order and shipped the same day.
The items were ordered at 11.43am Monday, order was picked at 12.46pm and by 2.30pm the order was complete and lodged with Auspost at 5.35pm the same day.
Not many businesses operate this efficiently, especially post Covid.
The ONLY negative would be the cost of postage that I was charged.
I chose the Express post option for an additional $6 taking the cost of postage charged to $27.50.
Based on the size and weight of the parcel, AusPost website quotes $16.75 which is $10.75 less than I was charged for postage.
Auspost are renowned for their lack of speed and their tracking information is always lacking, delivering the parcel on Friday of the same week.
Aside from the above negative, I have nothing bad to say about this business.
This is the second lot of Izumi inks purchased from Sublimation Supplies and whilst they can be found slightly cheaper elsewhere, this business wins my business based on the speed of order processing.
If you are on the fence about changing over to Izumi inks, make the jump. You will not regret it.
