Product Sublimation Process
Instructions:
Print image in reverse
Attach image to insert using thermal tape
Use Pressing Pillow to reduce the heat on rear of clock.
Position laying flat in press, print up
Pressing parameters:
Temp: 185°c – 190°C
Time: 80-100 Seconds (or your reference)
Remove paper & tape
Assembly Instructions:
Mechanism inserted from behind, with seal between clock and mechanism.
Place washer on from front, then holding nut, screw on until firm.
Attach Hour Hand, Minute Hand, Second Hand (Smallest to largest)

Delivery

great product only problem I’m having is that i can only print on to a3 paper and the i have a 1cm border of none printed area that all good but I’m getting small ink splatter i think its when the gas escapes out of the edge off the clocks besides that 100% great product. if anyone has a fix to this would be awesome.
