Product Sublimation Process

Instructions – Print image in reverse – Remove lint before pressing with lint brush as will create black marks if not removed – Attach image to insert using thermal tape – Position laying in hat press, print up. – Press at medium pressure as to not compress the hat upon release. – Press with the following heat press settings – Printing parameters: 200C, 50-60 Seconds （for your reference） – Remove paper & tape
