Instructions – Print image in reverse. – Attach image to mug using thermal tape. – Position product in mug press or oven. – Press with the following heat press settings – Oven parameters: 180-200C, 8-8.5 Minutes （for your reference) – Mug Press parameters: 190-210C, 210 seconds (for your reference） – Pressure: high – Remove paper

Delivery
We will fulfil your order as soon as possible. Upon completion you will receive an email with tracking information, we have completed your order at our warehouse and your package is awaiting pick up from your selected freight method shipping agent.
We dispatch 90% of items same day if ordered before 2:00PM AEST. We are not Australia Post or a courier in any way. Once we have dispatched, please understand we can only see what you can see on your tracking. Allow enough time for it to arrive and enjoy your new items.

One of the worst experiences with a company I’ve ever had. Don’t know how you have 5 star reviews other than you must be deleting the bad reviews to keep yourself at 5 stars. My order arrived with broken items (More than 1/2 my order), and I missed the note regarding insurance on the listing (as I’m sure from speaking with Chris, many other customers also have) There needs to be a note at checkout regarding insurance options or give an option to add on insurance shipping at the checkout. If I could review lower score than one based on customer experience, I would.
