Instructions:
Print image mirrored

Remove protective plastic from both sides
Attach image to insert using heat tape
Position product face down in heat press
Heat press settings:
Temperature: 190-200C, 55-65 seconds (Can vary dependant upon your press)
Pressure: Medium
Remove paper
