Process
Upon ordering, it will join a queue until dispatched.
Cancelations
We are happy to issue a full refund before sending any item/product. Special orders that we have ordered upon customer request will not be refunded under any circumstance.
Upon dispatch, we will no longer accept cancellations.
*An administration fee or a charge to recover transaction fees may apply to any cancelations.
Returns
We will only accept returns upon our approval, it is your responsibility to return the goods to Sublimation Supplies. Returned goods in their produced condition will be considered for a refund. It will be at Sublimation Supplies discretion as to whether or not the quality of goods is acceptable or not, if approved, we will provide a full refund including freight.
Any returns to due to shipping damage, must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item as per shipment tracking, please note we can not cover fragile items such as drinkware etc.
If you have ordered the incorrect item and the item is as per new blank quality in original packaging, we are more then happy to accept your return in most cases, but you must receive approval before sending back.
Our aim is to please and if you receive a product that is inferior quality, we will approve your return.
